Who is responsible
This site and the product "Make Your AI Plan Last" are run by INSTYNGT, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia. INSTYNGT is the data controller for the data described here. Contact: office@instyngt.com.
What we collect and why
- Purchases. Orders are processed by Creem, which acts as reseller and merchant of record. Creem collects your name, email, payment and tax details to process the order, under its own privacy policy: https://www.creem.io/privacy. We receive your name, email, country and order details so we can deliver the product, handle refunds and answer support requests. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- Email updates (optional). Only if you tick the box and then confirm by clicking the link in our confirmation email (double opt-in). We store your email, your first name if you give it, the date and time you signed up and confirmed, and a tag showing which product you came from. We use it to send kit updates and occasional tips. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Our email provider, Kit (kit.com), stores this for us under its own privacy policy: https://kit.com/privacy.
- Support emails. If you email us, we keep the conversation to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you.
- Website. This site sets no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Our host, Cloudflare Pages, may process basic technical data (such as IP address and time of request) to deliver and secure the site: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/. The checkout page, receipt email, download link and customer portal are provided by Creem and covered by its policy.
- The usage planner. Everything you type into the planner stays in your own browser. It is never sent to us.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your data.
- We do not add you to any list you did not opt in to.
- We do not buy or import email lists.
How long we keep it
Order records: as long as tax and accounting law requires. Email list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Sign-ups that are never confirmed are deleted after 30 days. Support emails: up to 2 years.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe with the link at the bottom of any email. You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing office@instyngt.com. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. In Georgia, the supervisory authority is the Personal Data Protection Service.
Transfers
Our store, email provider and host may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the United Kingdom, under their own safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses).
Changes
If this note changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, if you are a subscriber, tell you by email.
