Refund policy

14 days, no questions asked. If the kit is not useful to you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you get your money back in full.
How to ask
- Email office@instyngt.com with the email address you used to buy, or
- reply to your receipt email from Creem; our support address is on it.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Creem. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them.
If we have not answered within 7 days, you can contact Creem directly. As merchant of record, Creem can also issue the refund.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under consumer law in your country.
