Terms of sale and use
Last updated: 20 October 2026
Who sells it
"Make Your AI Plan Last" (the kit) is created and sold by INSTYNGT, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia. Contact: office@instyngt.com. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem. Creem is the merchant of record for all our orders and handles customer service enquiries about payments and returns. Your receipt names Creem as the seller, and your card statement may too.
What you get
A digital download: a guide (PDF and web version), copy-paste templates, an offline usage planner, a checklist and a log template. Price: US$19, one-time, plus any sales tax or VAT shown at checkout. You get access right after payment: Creem emails you a download link, and you can download again from the Creem customer portal.
Licence
- You may use the kit for yourself and inside your own business, including adapting the templates for your own work.
- You may not resell, share publicly, or redistribute the files, or pass them off as your own product.
- Teams: one purchase covers one person. Email us for a team price.
Refunds
14-day refund, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
What the kit is and is not
- It is general guidance, accurate to the best of our knowledge as of the date shown in the guide. AI vendors change plans and limits often; always check your vendor's own pages.
- It does not raise any vendor's usage limit, and it does not advise breaking any vendor's terms.
- It is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI or any other AI vendor. Product names are used only to describe what they refer to.
- It is not legal, financial or professional advice. You decide how to use your AI tools and accounts.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for the kit is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update the kit and these terms. Questions: office@instyngt.com.
